Terms and conditions of use:

  1. By using Allure’s website, you the customer agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
  2. These terms & conditions are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to check the terms & conditions each time you place an order.   


Products may be purchased from Allure by adding the items to your shopping cart. When you checkout, you will be offered the option to pay through Paypal or Stripe.  You are also more than welcome to phone our store in Sligo directly on 0719153353 should you wish to pay over the phone through our store terminal.

Please note: Whilst we are able to send most items worldwide, we are unable to deliver larger, bulkier, heavy or fragile items outside of Ireland at this time (such as Furniture, Lamps, Mirrors etc).  Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you wish to check anything in particular.

When an order is made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address supplied at the time of ordering. We advise that you check this email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Receipt of the confirmation from Allure does not imply acceptance of the order. Once the order is processed, you will be notified of acceptance of the order.

All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.


We accept payments via Paypal either with or without a paypal account & also Stripe as the preferred method of payment however we can also take payment over the phone through our terminal should you prefer this ph: 071 91 53353.


All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by Allure and product availability. On rare occasions where the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail, or telephone. You will be given the option either to wait until the item comes back into stock, replace with a similar value item, or to cancel your order.

We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any items that have been priced incorrectly. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and Allure through this website shall be governed and construed according to Irish law.


Prices displayed are in Euro. All prices listed on the website include VAT.

All products available on Allure website have the price clearly indicated and we make every effort to ensure that the prices are correct. In the event that a price is incorrect we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

We are delighted to offer nationwide & worldwide delivery.  All orders are delivered by Registered Post outside of Ireland and are delivered by Fastway Couriers or Registered Post within Ireland. 

Please note: Whilst we are able to send most items worldwide, we are unable to deliver larger, bulkier, heavy or fragile items outside of Ireland at this time (such as Furniture, Lamps, Mirrors etc).

In all cases of delivery, you will be required to sign for the goods to acknowledge you have received them.  We recommend you provide a contact telephone number that we can pass on to the courier, in the case that they may need to contact you to make delivery arrangements at your convenience. If the courier cannot make the delivery and the goods are returned to us, you will be liable to pay €9.90 for the return charges as well as re-delivery cost.

We are unable to change the delivery address after the order has been despatched.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver goods on the day stated, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Delivery charges vary worldwide depending on the country and when you complete your details on your order this cost will appear.

Some exceptions apply such as large pieces of furniture or mirrors which will require pallet delivery due to their nature.

(Please note should you receive an item which is purchased with our Free delivery promotion and ‘change your mind’ about the product and would like to return it, we will refund your item less the original €6.95 cost to deliver).

For UK orders vat is charged at source and paid on your behalf when delivered by our courier.


*Delivery times apply to orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday. All orders received before 1pm will be delivered by courier the following day in most cases (sometimes 2-3 days max) in Ireland, providing the products are in stock. All orders received after 1pm, and in stock, will be despatched the following day.

Orders received on weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Any orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until after the weekend as weekend deliveries are not available through our courier service.


Returns & Refunds Policy

The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging within 14 Days of dispatch.  Please note we do not issue refunds on gift voucher orders.

(It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled or stained, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour).

Please Note:  If your return order availed of our FREE delivery promotion initially and you change your mind on keeping the item, the item will be refunded less the original delivery charge as its not being kept.

Unfortunately we do NOT offer FREE Returns.  You can make a return through your local post office or alternatively in person instore.

Any breakages or damage must be reported to customer service on allureonlineshop@gmail.com or via Facebook Messenger within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection.

Following inspection of the returned goods and after your return has been processed you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge.



Bring your return to your nearest postal office and organise to pay return postage. We advise registering the return so as you have proof of postage and can track the status on your return.
(Please Note: Allure are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us).

When your return package has been received, your refund will be issued and funds should reach your bank within 5 working days.
