*Delivery times apply to orders made before 1pm Monday - Friday. All orders received before 1pm will be delivered by courier the following day, providing the products are in stock. Orders received after 1pm, and in stock, will be despatched the following day, for delivery the rfollowing day.
All orders received on weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed on Friday before 1pm will not be delivered until after the weekend as weekend deliveries are not available through our courier service.

Online Shop RETURNS POLICY
We guarantee to exchange or refund any online purchases you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt*
Please note, all items must be unused, have original packaging/tags still attached and be accompanied by a valid receipt.
*For your benefit and in the interests of hygiene we cannot accept returns on earrings. In the case of a refund for change of mind where you have received Free Delivery on purchase we will refund the product less the original cost of delivery €5.00.

We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns number. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed from the day you return the products.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Allure will arrange for an exchange. Monetary refunds only extend to merchandise which is genuinely faulty if they cannot be repaired or replaced. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Alternatively, if you live near one of our stores, you can return the item personally, along with your receipt.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order. We can change or cancel an order up until it is despatched. If orders are cancelled after despatch, you will be responsible for returning to the goods to us. We will issue a refund less postage costs and the goods must be in a resalable condition. Goods can only be returned if they are unused, unopened and in their original condition. Any breakages or damage must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
Extended Return Period at Christmas
Any purchase intended as a gift at Christmas can be exchanged or credited up until the 10th of January providing the above criteria has been satisfied.
